Carlita Nickson's Scholarship
Madam Carlita Nickson was the late mother of Dr. Stacey Nickson, the Board Member of the Fulbright Association and retired Director of Auburn University's Center for Educational Outreach and Engagement (CEOE). The Carlita scholarships was established to honor the beloved memory of Madam Nickson. Today, her memorial scholarships funds four exceptional students in humanity and allied sciences.

Are you looking for ways to honor a loved one's memory? The JEQ Foundation has instituted an impactful way to pay tribute to family members, spouses, and friends who have passed on and still want to keep their legacies alive.
The gift or donation made in honor of or in memory of a loved one could be used to establish a permanent fund (optional at the JEQ Foundation to be named after your loved one(s).
Your loved one may be gone but you can establish a memorial scholarship to keep their memories and legacies alive while impacting and changing the trajectory of a young person. Your gift gives back and provides educational opportunities to excellent but needy college students in Ghana, West Africa.
Exclusively sponsor a student's tuition throughout his/her undergraduate program or exclusively sponsor a student's housing throughout the recipients undergraduate program.
Provide funds that will sponsor both tuition and housing for a students throughout undergraduate program.
Give a laptop to a selected scholarship recipient(s).
